🤔 "So what's the pay?!" 🤔As you might see in the ad, it depends on your skill-set and experience and how you will perform in our tests.
As novice, you can get $500 - $1000 per month. Work is usually about 3 - 6 hours a day. If it takes you longer, you might not be a good fit. But at start it can take you longer as you are learning.
As experienced marketer in a space with much to offer, you can get $1000 - $2000 per month, again depending on how you perform our tests.
Again, work should take about 3-6 hours on regular days. We do not have set time for working, just tasks and goals to be done. If we can get done everything sooner than expected, then great and we party! If not, we can have 8 hour working days.
Those are starting salaries. We really do believe in rewarding people appropriately but never at the start. This is NOT job for you if you main motivation is money and we will screen for that by now offering you more from the start.
We will keep raising your pay as your results and performance will be raising too.
If your results and performance won't be raising, we will fire you. There got to be motivation to improve, right?
Now instead of classic interview, to save time, you can just take 15-minute quiz below which we consider same as interview.
