    There are sooo many ways you will be able to apply ice pack.

    It can be fully customized in any way possible. You can literally wrap it in thousands of ways. Every situation and every person will prefer different way!

    But we will provide some basic and most popular ways to apply it effectively so you are not overwhelmed. But over time, most people find their specific way to use it as there are so many options.

    For hot therapy you can heat it in 2 ways: either in microwave or in boiling water.
    For cold therapy just put it in a freezer for 1-2 hours!

Our hot/cold pack is uniquely designed to be thin and comfortable but also long lasting. No more bulky ice packs you cannot move with or stay hot/cold for 5 minutes!

    You can heat it for hot therapy by 2 ways: 1. In microwave 2. In boiling water
    You can just put it in freezer for at least 1-2 hours for 1 hour lasting cold therapy.

  • How Long Does Heat/Cold Lasts?

    It depends, if you are using it in Texas hot summer or in Alaska in winter, but in room temperature you can get cold therapy for up to 1 hour and heat therapy for up to 30 minutes.

    With that being said, we do not recommend to do it for so long! Maximum recommended time for both, hot/cold therapy is 25 minutes at the time.
